The Highwomen–the supergroup of Maren Morris, Brandi Carlile, Natalie Hemby and Amanda Shires–delivered a hopeful message when they included “Crowded Table” on their self-titled 2019 debut album. The song was released as a single and serves as the band’s mission statement that was destined for the group even before it was fully formed.
