Having conquered the unlikely twin fields of country music and medicine, Dr. Cleveland “Cleve” Francis is adjusting to a retirement in which he can fulfill only one of his two loves. At age 78, the country music vocalist and guitarist is immunocompromised, which has required him to avoid crowds and live performances.
